A quick guide to reviewing an eligible tow request, making your decision, confirming route miles for a quote, and keeping a paid request's status up to date.

Inside the workspace
Review, decide, quote, update.
Assigned requests appear in your private queue. Each step follows the request's current state, from review through confirmed payment and service updates.

Review the assigned request
Open the private operator workspace to review the request details, including the vehicle, pickup, destination, and driver contact information.

Approve or decline
Choose whether to approve or decline the request. To approve it, confirm the route miles between pickup and destination; those miles produce the quote using your saved operator pricing.

The customer reviews the quote
After approval, the customer can review the itemized quote and continue to checkout. Service-status updates become available after payment is confirmed.

Update the paid request
In the operator workspace, update the paid request in sequence: Dispatched, then Arrived, then Completed.
Coverage is not availability
Verified pickup coverage describes an area on your profile.
Recorded, verified pickup coverage is not a statement of current availability. Meeting the assignment conditions does not promise request volume, a match, a response time, or a service outcome. Review each request and decide whether to approve or decline it.
